PS Plus November 2026 lineup reportedly due October 28, Sony has not confirmed

CONFIRMED

Several outlets expect Sony to reveal the November 2026 PS Plus Essential monthly games on Wednesday, October 28, with the games going live on Tuesday, November 3. That date comes from Sony’s usual release pattern, not from any official announcement. The October games are confirmed through November 2, so you have a few days left to claim them.

What we know

The PlayStation Blog confirmed the October 2026 Monthly Games in a post dated September 30: F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2. They are available to PS Plus members from Tuesday, October 6 until Monday, November 2. That post sets the end of the current claim window. It does not say when the November lineup will be revealed.

On the Extra and Premium side, PlayStation LifeStyle reports that PS Store listings revealed the games leaving the catalog in November. The list appeared on October 19-20, as the October catalog lineup started rolling out. The departures include GTA V, Red Dead Redemption II, Football Manager 26, The Talos Principle 2, Cricket 24 and Rock of Ages 3. According to PlayStation LifeStyle, they leave by Tuesday, November 17, when the next Extra and Premium lineups are added.

This only affects Extra and Premium catalog games. It says nothing about the Essential monthly games.

The October Game Catalog itself, announced on the PlayStation Blog, added titles including Mafia: The Old Country, Horizon Forbidden West and Mycopunk from October 20.

What is rumored

ComicBook.com, GameRant and AI Digital Keys all point to Wednesday, October 28 as the reveal date for the November Essential games, with a Tuesday, November 3 launch. ComicBook.com says that should hold barring a delay or special event. AI Digital Keys notes that Sony had not officially announced the November lineup as of October 22, and that Sony usually reveals monthly games on the Wednesday before the first Tuesday of the following month.

Treat this as an educated guess based on the calendar. Sony’s monthly cadence has been reliable in past months, but none of these outlets cite a Sony statement, and none are sources we treat as confirmation.

No outlet in our reporting has named specific games for November. We will not guess at titles.

What we don’t know yet

Sony has not published an announcement date for the November monthly games. As of October 26, we found no official Sony statement setting one.

You may have seen a ScreenRant headline saying “October 28 Is Officially A Huge Day For PlayStation Plus Subscribers.” That article is not about the November monthly games. It covers the launch of PS5 cloud streaming in South Korea on October 28, a PS Plus Premium feature. ScreenRant reports, citing an official PlayStation Korea post, that existing PS Plus Deluxe members there will be moved up to Premium at no extra cost. It does not confirm anything about the November Essential lineup.

We also have no word on the full November Extra and Premium additions, beyond PlayStation LifeStyle’s report that they land on November 17.

What it means

If you are an Essential subscriber, claim F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 before Monday, November 2. Once claimed, they stay in your library while your subscription is active.

If the usual pattern holds, expect the November reveal on October 28 and the games on November 3. If Sony shifts the date, the outlets predicting it have no inside line to fall back on.

Extra and Premium members should prioritize the departing list. If you are partway through GTA V or Red Dead Redemption II on the catalog, you have until November 17 to finish or buy your own copy.

We will update once Sony posts the November lineup on the PlayStation Blog.
